How To - Maximum Quantity

The below steps document how to configure Maximum Order Quantities for specific products. At site level, if an order created is higher than the Maximum Quantity allocated, the system will automatically reduce the quantity prior to the order being placed.

1. Select Admin Functions, followed by Suggested Ordering

2. Choose the relevant Supplier, then select the required site or sites to be included

3. Finally select Run









4. We can filter by specific Product, Category or Subcategory

5. Choose your filters and then select Download









6. In the downloaded file, to set the Maximum Quantity, input the required figures in Column J then save









7. Browse for and Upload the above document









8. The Maximum Quantity has now been uploaded and set for a specific Category and Subcategory
